Teaching Philosophy
Roles: Project Manager, Facilitator, & Teacher
As a mentor in the Parsons Senior Capstone Projects class, I played a pivotal role in guiding five undergraduate student groups through comprehensive human-centered design processes for high-profile industry clients. My approach focused on facilitating rigorous design research methodologies, helping students develop strategic interventions for real-world challenges presented by UNICEF, L'Oreal, and Industry City.
This is one example from the 5 different classes that I taught in the Strategic Design and Management BBA Program at Parsons. Other courses I taught included: Information Visualization, Senior Projects 1 & 2, Immersive Storytelling, Social Practice, and Economies and Ethics of Sustainable Design.
